Hogan’s AP Baitfish

We think of “guide flies” as patterns that are easy(ish) to tie and effective to fish. In other words, they are flies that guides—who spent all day emptying their fly box—can tie quickly to refill it. Here is a baitfish pattern that striper guide Hogan Brown counts as his go-to baitfish pattern.
